Liverano products available for purchase online include dresses, shirts, trousers, coats, jackets and numerous accessories. The products for sale on our site are subject to availability.

Is the use of my credit card secure on the shop of the Liverano site?

How to buy on liverano.com?
There are numerous ways to make purchases on liverano.com. You can start from the online store or search for the product from the navigation bar at the top of each page. Click on the relevant section to open the drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit the categories, such as coats or dresses. Sub-categories are provided for each category to better refine the search and identify the desired product.
When you have made your choice, select the size and click on “add to cart”. As soon as you are ready to complete the purchase, click on the cart and then on “buy” to be guided in setting up the order. Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to satisfy your request. Once the order has been set up, we will no longer be able to guarantee its cancellation or modification.
If you have received your order and wish to return or change it, please refer to the return instructions included in the delivery. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange request.

What payment methods can I use?
On liverano.com you can pay using the following forms of payment for online purchases:
– Wire transfer
The billing address must correspond to the address registered with the credit card. It is currently not possible to make online purchases via gift cards.
The debit authorization was denied. What should I do?

Can I use multiple payment methods for the same order?
Currently we only accept one form of payment for each order.
Is VAT included in the final price?
All prices include VAT. If during the purchase process enter a valid European VAT number registered in the VIES, VAT will be deducted automatically.
How does order delivery work?
All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Liverano is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays beyond our control.
Where can I ship?
Liverano carries out shipments throughout Italy, throughout Europe and practically all over the world. Contact us if your shipping country is not currently available.
Can I have my product delivered to another address?
Yes, it is sufficient to set the shipping address when completing the order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At the moment it is possible to send only to one address per order. To send to more than one address, please set an order for each destination.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, all purchases made will require the signature of the customer or an adult delegate over the age of 18. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will make other delivery attempts.
When will I receive my order?
To estimate the total shipping and delivery time for immediately available items, we ask you to consider up to 4 working days from the order setup date, in addition to the estimated delivery time.
